Where is my order shipped from?
We ship directly from our warehouse in Hong Kong.
Can I change or cancel my order?
As we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, change or cancellation requests must be made within 12 hours of placing your order. Requests made after this time cannot be accommodated. However, you may return your order for a full refund once it has been delivered.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard) as well as PayPal.
When will my order be processed?
All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse. Please note that processing times may be longer during holidays or promotional periods.
We process orders Monday through Friday. Shipping typically occurs 1–3 business days after the order is placed, with dispatch happening the next business day after processing. There is no shipping on weekends.
How long does delivery take?
Due to high demand, delivery may take between 2–4 weeks.
What if I don’t receive my order?
If you do not receive your order within 30 days of shipment, you are eligible for a full refund.
Will I have to pay customs or import fees?
All prices listed on our website are tax-free in EUR. This means customs duties or import taxes may apply upon receiving your order.

What if the item I received is faulty, damaged, or incorrect?
Please contact us immediately if you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item. Send us your order number, photos of the item, and a description of the issue. We will work quickly to find a solution.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are always issued to the original payment method.
If you paid by credit or debit card, the refund will be processed to your account within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned item or process the cancellation.
If you haven’t received the amount after this period, please contact your bank or credit card provider. In some cases, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account.
